As far as I can tell, there are no pictures in this forum. I am not sure what you are seeing the xxx in place of. You might try using a different browser or rebooting your computer, maybe even emptying your cache, cookies and temp files. Are you having difficulty viewing pictures in any other sites? If you are, you might be missing some graphics drivers or something, perhaps if you have recently had some sort of virus or other malware.
