I think that a good addition to the forum would be an area where users can submit their own articles. Of course, they'd need to be helpful and moderated before being posted, but I believe that it could bring a lot more traffic to the forums. Articles such as teaching people the basics of CSS/XHTML, or what CMS is suited for what, or even how to start a good community.
