Just a suggestion, perhaps it wouldn't fit here, but was wondering if a special thread could be for Holiday Recipes, where one could submit their favorite Holiday recipe.

Don't know how I missed this thread.........but I did........until now. If you wanted to start a thread about holiday recipes, please do. I know that I need more holiday food!

I know of a friendly, small, general forum that has a recipe and cooking forum there. So this isn't spam, please PM me for the url. BTW, it's not part of our forums.

I realize Dave with the camping you have done in the snow and below freezing temperatures, you turned into a popsicle and needed time to thaw out.

I belong to a forum, both men and women, they have nothing to do with cooking. The forum set up Holiday Ideas and Recipes for their members to submit their ideas and favorite holiday recipes to share with the other members, which has and is a lot of fun. After the Holiday season that will be taken down. It was just a suggestion on my part, sometimes what works on one forum wouldn't necessarily work on another forum....

Start a thread in General and I'll sticky it, I'd love to see some holiday recipes! I love cooking, but not often do I produce anything too enthralling

I think it's a bit much to set up an entirely different section of the site, though.

You should see my gourmet meals while I'm out camping. I have all kinds, but of course they're MREs.

It will be interesting to see what the various webmasters come up with on recipes.
