After much thought, I am wondering why I would have to scroll to the far right to read the content, or change the window settings, which is just plain rediculous for clients or members.
Here are two websites that are very large and have the traffic:
http://www.ups.com/
http://www.fedex.com/us/?link=1
There are other large companies as well, but none of these companies have their webpages scrolling to the far right nor changing window settings. I base my web design criteria on the these large companies, I feel these are the real professional web designers, "The Big Boys" and these companies certainly want to draw in even more business, not chase people away.
I belong to several other forums for various reasons, none of them require to change window settings, their webpages come up just like the two large companies I submitted. You have some real stiff competition, I would suggest you take a look at what others are doing.
Don't bother with the "take it under advisement line" because this is for your own benefit, not mine.
