what happens when i post, is it a javascript trick?

when replying to a post, it seems as if the page doesn't reload...almost as if my newly added post is inserted dynamically into the page.

ideas?

That's AJAX (short for Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) at work. New with vBulletin 3.5!

You'll also notice that if you click the 'Edit' button, that you can edit your text within the postbit, no need to go to a seperate page.
