would it be posible for there to be a theme that was mainly text? so that i could post from home (where i have a Bandwidth limit) as i do from here?

It would certainly be possible Right now I'm putting off any major additions/hacking until vBulletin 3.5 is released (I don't want to spend all that time working on something then have to redo it in a couple of months).

I believe there are some low-bandwidth themes released to the vBulletin community, I'll see if I can grab one up and install it here instead of making a custom one.
