When you visit a page on the forum, you see top navigation text links for where ever you're located at that point.

Do you like having bottom navigation text links, too? Please vote and tell us what you think.

For clarity, they look like this:
Webmaster-Talk.com>Forum News and Suggestions>Site Suggestions & Feedback

Thanks.

In the past, it didn't really make a difference to me. But now, I like the links at the bottom, too. When you finish reading posts, you can go back to the sub-forum where I was, or somewhere else.

Yeah I guess it is okay for forums. I thought it was just about sites in general.

On websites I definitely like bottom navigation. At least a few basic links like homepage etc.

I really meant on forums, so I changed the question on the poll. It might be a good poll question in the design forum for general web sites.

They help on long threads, but the forums can operate well without them. I voted yes just cause it would make life easier for the users.

No, they haven't been removed, but we don't have them there. I'm trying to see if people use them, and like them.

Hey Chopper,

Can that navigation be added to the bottom of the forums? I've looked at several vB forums, and I haven't seen one yet. I think it would be a good convenience to have it at the bottom, too.
