Where can I /should I post a thread asking for design and hosting services? I am looking for general suggestions and/or specific offers.

The ads and offers forum. Thanks for asking, a lot of people would just start posting all willy nilly and make a lot of work for me.

RonRe, to amplify what cptnwinky has said, if you are seeking specific offers, Ads and Offers is definitely the best place. However, if you are looking for "general suggestions" (for example, what features should I be looking for in hosting? etc), then the Web Hosting forum is a great resource.
