I appreciate you asking first before starting new threads and posting with the intention of promoting your affiliate program. If the link is within your post with a self promotional type thread, it will be deleted and considered spam.
My suggestion would be to use your Signature Link option or promote your affiliate program in the Marketplace. You also could participate in the Forum Boards with contributing, helpful posts about the thread topic. With your Signature Link in place, what better way to promote yourself by answering and helping other Member's in the Forum Boards.
