For technical issues it depends on what language your CMS is written in.

PHP => PHP forum
.NET => .NET forum
Other => Coding forum

Also, you may have more luck on the official forum for that particular CMS; there may not be anyone here with experience using your CMS.

I have a problem with Joomla but have got no answer I will try the PHP forum thanks.
