How about a dynamic menu.....when mouseover schools, a sub-menu opens rather than always displayed??
create a site map that will give access to any page of your site from one location, rather than having to go through each menu to see what it contains?
Id change the colour scheme to something a little more pastel too, but thats just a personal opinion.
