go to "User CP" and down on the left is a "Miscellaneous" section.. then to "Buddy/Ignore Lists"

Add them to your ignore list.. but I would also consider contacting a Mod.

post in the Confidential Forum with a sample message and the username, include some background details please and one of the staff team will pick it up and deal with it accordingly.

Nope, the confidential forum has always been there. It's a way to communicate with the all of the admin and mod team without sending PM to each and everyone.

Only the thread starter and staff can see the posts and replies in case you were wondering.
