How about have a parnter ship thread

where some can ask for help for a share in the web site may nead some sort of legal form which both webmasters but there sig on and the legal form can be placed live on the net so ever one can see and can only be termated when both people let it be deleted. was think of doing a web site like this but no time.

You can already ask for help and make offers of partnerships within the freelance forums (for example).

A third party managing the partnership agreement is probably a good idea. I seriously doubt that Webmaster-Talk is going to take on such a responsibility and WT will not assume responsibility for a partnership agreement, which if we did that here, most would assume that we're involved.

That might be a good site for people wanting to partner, but I don't see that happening here. If it would happen, I don't see it being a free service since there are liabilities involved.
