yes, i can load any link with specify PR rank I would like to be included in my directory from DMOZ or YAHOO dir. Is this bad or good? I plan to load couple hundred links every week. I also have spider of my own to load pages from any websites i set it to load.

As for approval, my editors will approve any sites within couple of days. Come on in and submit your link for free.
