Users should be careful with this. Any directory that doesn't use moderation will likely get a lot of spam. This sort of things causes Google to slap the rankings of most of the sites involved. Not sure what direction your directory is going in but it's a good things for other people to be aware of even if your directory restricts posting down the road.
