a good directory for real-estate and travel related sites

I have been using the 'High PR travel and Real Estate directory' at http://www.my-florida-villa.biz for a while now.

With PR-5, they offer paid links and opportunities for publishing category heading articles with deep links from only $19.99 per year.

They have a good response time and will personalise categories for you if required.

most importantly; they don't have many listings yet, so lots of PR to actually gain there ...

Why is it that a Real Estate Mogul never becomes the richest man on Earth? Real Estate is always one of the MOST profitable business in town. During recessions real estate is doing bad, however otherwise, if you know how to do it, then it is very profitable. So why don't we ever see a real estate mogul become the richest man?
