Glad there's a lot of directories here that people can submit too. I came across http://directory.noomle.com which is a PR6 and thought I would share it with all of you.
Noomle allows you to create minisites for free and from there you can list them on the directory. They are putting together something right now to allow for non-Noomle sites to be accepted into the directory, so take a look for yourself. They will be offering lifetime listings for real cheap compared to the other PR6's.
