I have been working on a link directory for several months now, and i have now incorporated it in with the website hosting blog and webmaster & hosting forum that i run.
The links directory has gained a PR2 and shall go up over time. It has some good amount of traffic and is clean and reliable.
The directory submissions are affordable and i have made it paid only because it is easier to moderate and keep clean.
Management costs are also considered from payments.
