I have just launched this directory 2 weeks ago and its attracting a lot of visitors, up to 100UV daily in the first week. I want it to become database with 1000's of Web 2.0 related links so it can prove to be helpful for the users.

Ziltech Web Directory - A Web 2.0 Directory

The directory is focused on all sorts of web 2.0 stuff. The goal would be to have a web directory which would organize all kinds of web 2.0 services. The link submission is free (with no link backs) so all kinds of websites can be submitted as long as they are quality websites. They are no specific rules regarding the submissions, but just use common sense( no adult, proxy or spam websites :P).

All the categories end with "services." Does this mean the sites listed must offer a service related to the parent category?

Pretty much yes.
There are number of categories and the website sin the categories should be at least somehow related to the category .
