I am using Twitter for more than 2 years now. Analyzing the results of the Twitter account on Klout need some boost to achieve desired goals. can SEO give the desired push ?

I think there is nothing that SEO can do for SMO because social media optimization is completely different concept but if you reverse it then i can say yes. As Google announced that they are taking social signals as one of the ranking factor out of 200 ranking factors. So we can say SMO can add some value in SEO by sharing pages in post in Facebook, tweeting at twitter but SEO can't add any value to achieve SMO goals.

SEO and SMO can both be parts of any Internet Marketing plan. It really doesn't matter if one helps the other. What really matters is getting high quality, targeted traffic to your sites and blogs (in my opinion).

I definitely think social media platforms like Twitter are a factor in Google's algorithm.

SMO is much more better and useful. For traffic and even for SERP. G+ will help you a lot imho

SMO goals achieved after customer satisfaction its more like feedback and reputation. when ever you serve a customer ask him directly to leave a feedback on facebook or on your site for likes and other feeds.
