Not for me. Its in google toolbar on my browser and all I have to do is click on it and voila - less than a second. I've gone to the site on other pc's as well - from page to page all over the site and never had to wait for pages to load. This might be an issue on your browser or pc.

look for the red g+ in the "share" choices on some sites. I doubt it helps in PR though.... don't know - maybe. I'm still learning my way around there. Steve would probably know.
