What do you want to prove mate? What is the point? You directly copy pasted some quotes from them. Are they aware of this article? If you want to prove them bad/good then show some proves instead of copy pasting...

Well, "mate", the quotations are from their own website so I imagine they'd know about them. If not, I'm sure a search would track them down.

No SEO company can promise results. They don't control Google, Yahoo, etc.

Google controls Google. Yahoo controls Yahoo.

You'll probably have much better results if you do the SEO yourself.
