Depends, do you want quality back links or just back links that a bot can post?

If not quality/natural, then you should have no issue with sending out a bot across the internet. You're guaranteed to get a lot of links.

Create your own well placed backlinks on various sites, forums, etc. that share your interests/niche. Preferable look for sites, forums, etc. that have a higher PR than your site.

It will take work, but you'll get the best backlinks this way.

You can get a reputable back link from hubs and lenses if you put the effort into creating a page of half decent content.

You can use a scrapper like ScrapeBox to find high PR dofollow blogs and comment on them with valuable content. Try to avoid spamming the internet with one liners and spammy information. Quality content should accompany all link building efforts. Just my opinions.
