Does that mean that the engine has to do that?

From SEO point of view doffollow has importance than nofollow...google doesnt follow and index the nofollow link...while dofollow links are counted by the Google.

Hi,

Dofollow backlinks is more important but, nofollow links must not be underestimated.

Never follow a link to the search engine. This means that they will "flow" link to the power of your links to content. Do not follow is the best way to increase the link building process.

No follow and Do follow are the important part of the seo. Do follow means the search engine will follow your link and it will be counted as a back link by the search engine and No follow means search engine will not follow your link and i will not be counted as a back link.

Wrong. Not that it matters, you and the other non-reading posters will carry on spouting nonsense whatever is said, happy in your own little worlds. Bless.

There are two types of “nofollow” attribute. The robots meta tag version –

<meta name="robots" content="nofollow" />

Which tells (well behaved) bots/crawlers/spiders not to follow links on the page

And the link attribute

<a href= ”google.com”rel=”nofollow”>

Which tells search engines not to count the link in terms of ranking pages.

In theory these links are worthless for boosting your search engine rankings. In practice you’ll often see some benefit, especially when mixed in with a load of dofollow links.

Links are automatically “dofollow” in the absence of the rel=”nofollow” attribute. There is no rel=”dofollow” attribute.

i think do follow and no follow link are both our seo part and both are good for our site The important point that I want to give you in here is that it does not matter what kind of link you normally prefer because both links can send you traffic.

It's like the Pied Piper of fake SEO is playing his tune - and they follow in their hordes.

Do Follow obviously has more rank pull but No Follow's should not be overlooked for SEO value.

See, you don't have to write a long sentence to show you don't know what you're talking about. Well done, that man.

To my mother, my dog and clowns. Haven't heard that in years.
