I know it has already been mentioned but I would rate ezinearticles highly. Take your time when you upload the content as you can get promoted if the editors have to do little work on your articles.

The only article diectories that I will ever recommend are Ezinearticles and Hubpages. Those two are the best for ranking.

Its is better to rely on which article submission sites have most searchable or ranked articles rather than to rely on stupid Alexa Rankings. |
