Anyone tell me how to search as below termologies Bcz I want submit manually:

Blog submission
Article submission
Press Release submission

So that minimum effort can get more relevent URL.
Any idea or suggestion will be appreciated.

You can also try searching for them in webmaster forums.
Members usually post list of directory sites, article submission sites, etc.

use these tips...

"your main keyword phrase" +"submit url"
"your main keyword phrase" + directory
"your main keyword phrase" + resource
"your main keyword phrase" + links

"Submit URL" +"your keyword(s)"
