Will these errors affect SEO?

I have been asking around in this forum to solve errors of my site www.emediews.com However, after all the effort, there are still some errors here: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.emedinews.com
I just want to know if the errors will affect SEO of my site. If not, I will just leave them there as I really have no idea how to solve them since my knowledge in this field is limited.

...sigh... yes; you've been all over the forum with the same rants, so let's see if we can clarify one thing at a time:

1. Do you see all of the ampersands throughout your code? They look like this ... " & " ...

Every place you see one of those in your code, it has to be changed to this before it validates ... " & " ... do that and run your validation test again.

validation errors rarely hurt a site from SEO viewpoint. check your site in a text browser such as 'lynx', if you can browse your site using this, then your site is ok for search engines.

This site has some great info about web design & seo. It's been written by a pretty sharp guy who gives good advice in this forum.
