How much you spend on "buying link"??

.. March 2007, i spent almost $300 for buying links.
which included:
- 1 link from PR8 webiste
- 2 PR5 blog
- 5 PR4 website
- DP signature link

so, Tell me your story.

Since 2003, $0.00 as well. And the only link I bought before that wasn't for SEO purposes, but to try and get some initial web design business (which it did but then I didn't need it anymore.)

You shouldn't need to buy links if your website has good content.

If people find your site helpful they will most likely link back to your site.

I have never purchased links, only sold them. When you know how to get page ranks up it is easy to make money at selling them. I have heard of people paying several hundred for 1 link though

Take it from personal experience, self promotion on the forums outside of the buy/sell/trade forum is no way to go. I tried it on other forums if you just stick to doing it their everything is cool. When you step outside that you get canned. Thats what nearly all my rep and infractions are from
