This is my site www.1stbestbuy.com created 2 month ago and i sumbit in directory site, add url in yahoo and google. But my big problem is my site until now never listing in search engine result.
I think i got pinalty from SE because duplicate content.
Just my prediction i am not sure about it.
Any somebody know why?

You don't get penalised for publishing duplicate content. Your pages just get filtered out of the results, because it doesn't make sense for the search engines to display 2 or more pages that are identical.

Why don't you write some of your own content instead of duplicating existing content?

Better try to request or look for a link exchange partner... As i've checked your site and honestly it was pretty Good and Clean i must say.. Its just that i wasn't able to see your link partner page? Aside from a Huge banner of Amazon

Your site have a poor backlinks, You need to get more to get your site indexed.
quality links can do the tricks for you.

new site, you need do some link building to get listed faster, and to top ranked off-course you need more effort.

The original poster's question relates to duplicate content and not being listed. He or she wants information. This is not an invitation to push a service you offer. There is a whole Marketplace sub-forum for that.

Gringo, just trying to help, I don't need to push my products I sell plenty of them. Its just a value that shouldn't be passed up, much less not considered!

As to the question, I think my answer fits. He is not penalized just not indexed, I provided a way to get index fast!
