I want to learn, i want to grow, i want to be the best (pokemon)
I saw here somewhere in the posts this link to videos that teach you SEO, affiliate and commernce, i want to find good seo clip / movies online that i would advnace my seo skills. If any of you know of such thing, even a site, please share. Thanks, Roy.

Well, as far as I know, I don't think "video tutorials" will help you in SEO. Try to follow all the discussions here at webmaster-talk and you'll a lot. Make it a habit to read the popular SEO blogs as usual as possible.

That will help. Neither books nor videos will help you. But I think Aaron's book, SEO book, is comparitively better. But, I like his blog more.

astrojith was right you can learn from forums try to read the other thread here and the other forums.

there are a lot of expert through forums...try to read first and be familiar with terms and such on SEO then if you can't understand anything just make a thread about it and many will response as long as you have the right title for that thread and be direct to the point when you ask questions...

Visit more and more SEO related forums that provide you helpful information and post regarding your problem which come in your way.
And learn various SEO articles and discussed with SEO professionals.

Nice to know that you want to be at the TOP.

Go through this forum and many other SEO forums. Read lots and lots of SEO articles and also make sure to go through the Official Blogs of Google and Yahoo.

SEO is not all about getting sites to the TOP of SERPs, It's about knowing ****-n'bits of what's happening in the entire search world and ensuring that your client or you yourself get the Maximum ROI.

basically for seo ur site, you need a good .com, with good keyword. optimised for seo. and.. finally go for link building. you can links coming from relevant site, and keywords.

Suggesting that a domain name makes a difference in rankings is false. The name makes no difference, SEO is a proccess to get more business. It should not be used otherwise.

there are many ways to learn SEO. you can rely on forums and even articles over the internet. you just have to be very resourceful and patient as well.

Sorry princess06, but I disagree.... Relying on any forum or article alone or even several is a waste of time. They need to put there trust in someone with a proved SEO track record, and a line of happy customers. Just My 2 Cents!

I learnt for better SEO, We may have to follow so many things which are all mention on the SEO tips.Its quite interesting and make one to become throrough in everything. I mean he can capable to write appropriate content,article contains good keywords, participating on different forums to keep in touch with other webmasters,discuss about the issues related to site or anything related to the development.So without thinking its waste of time the person should start implementing different things which are all suggested as tips.
My suggestion, do start learn everything (tips)be sound in article writing, post them on article sites, become members in different forums do discuss,start link exchanges,start identify the meta tags and keywords,keywords rich content will take you top and be sure that the content tempt the users or webmasters, basic designs and so on.
So SEO needs multiskilled approach.Be initiate to become multiskilled and take your site to the top.

Hey guys. One once said "stay at the top of your game". My pupose of this thread was to get the newest and latest info on SEO. I know all the small BS* stuff - meta. links, etc... and my ranks so far are growing for my clients and me, yet i always want to learn - one day make my online store, rank #1 in google and made so MAS money (as in 1,000,000 dollars

) if you can metion some realy good blogs of seo proffesionals. I would prefer once that use perfect grammer - i want to be a lawyer and my english is not that great
