I'm looking for a professional SEO company to help promote my websites. I think I've done really well on my own so far. I have basically 3 websites for my business and I have achieved some success in SEO and design so far. I'm targeting UK customers only really, though I do offer USA services through another agency. Is there any low-cost SEO companies you'd reccommend? I think I'm looking mostly at link building services and perhaps a more professional looking website design.
To be honest with you, I think you've got your priorities backwards.
There's no point in trying to build links to a site if the site isn't prepared to receive them. This is where the professional design comes into play. And there are people on this board in your own country (chrishirst comes to mind immediately) that can help you with both aspects and would say the same thing.
Much of your link building efforts will come a lot more easily with a better-looking and more importantly better-functioning site, simply because it's something people will WANT to link to.
(And before anyone thinks I'm soliciting business, I'm not. I'd suggest keeping this UK-based).
Also, you'll probably want to amalgamate your three sites into one bigger and better one if you can. Promoting three sites only works when you have three separate ideas/brands to promote, and in this case you really don't.
i don't think that you need to pay for SEO services. if you are that determined enough to optimize your site, you can do it on your own. you just have to be resourceful and patient as well.
