Corporate Consulting -not ranked
Organizational Leadership --not ranked

Pls visit my website and give me some suggetions what i need to do with this website and how can i improve my keyword ranking.

Get backlinks with those phrases as the anchor text, Have a page that targets each of those phrases and put the phrase in a h1 tag

improve your link popularity with those keywords as your anchor text...create an article and submit them to article directories and add up your link on the resource box...and check out gorank.com so you could analyze your sites keyword density and prominence...

links is a big factor...

A few more thoughts.

I haven't done exhaustive research, but the keywords look moderately competitive so know this won't happen overnight. I agree with everyone about getting more links and using a mix of anchor text that includes some of your keywords.

On the site itself though I get the feeling you're trying to target all pages for all of those phrases. Your page titles would seem to indicate that you are. You'd be better off targeting one main keyphrase on a page.

I'd also make sure your page titles are unique on every page. Even where the page titles are different they are very similar.

On your page I can't see the keywords, you'd better put these keywords in the meta description tag, title tag, and page content. And you have sub pages for each keyword, and then you shall have different meta description tag for each page. After that, get backlinks until it shows in first page of google.

But I think you shall go through some yellow pages or directories, and then sell your services and products to clients one by one.

I found this stie by accident,and after browse the forum,I knew this is the webmaster major.And I am just a seller on internet,but also I think sell the goods on internet,the traget keywords are also very important in the B2B.

Use your keyword as an anchor text when you do link exchange and use that as sig when your in a forum.
