I know Search Engine Optimization for the most part and know that 1 way links are way better than partner links but exactly how much better? Is a 1 way link worth 100? 500 or 1000 of partner links?

By partner links I mean link exchange but not like most people do where there is a partner page and you list 1500 links.

Who knows? Links are worth exactly the value of the converting traffic they send
For SEs assume they are worth nothing, that way you won't be dissapointed when they prove to be exactly that.

Unless a link brings tangible and provable benefits it's worth nothing.
