Why so many? The number is not important. A link on 1 high ranked blog is better the a link from 20 low ranked blogs...

Yeah good luck finding such a huge list. I'm sure you could find some decent lists by scouring Google.

Actually, link building is not just linking to any sites you could think of. It has to have some relevance to your site to be considered a quality one. Having many backlinks to sites that has no relation to yours at all is somewhat useless. You'll be pretty much wasting your time.

Well,if you make profile in one site like blogger only then you need unique content for each blog,,,
otherwise is its consider in Spam

I have a few blogger blogs with auto generated content that I use solely for backlinks. I can't really say if they work good, but I use it with other methods to create a more organic looking link building campaign. Many different sources of links is important.
