Advanced really depends on where you're at right now. What are you doing, how are you doing it? Most SEO is just basic common sense, but it does help to have someone show you the way because not everything occurs to everyone all at once.
As far as instruction goes, I don't think I've found better than the StomperNet video courses, some of which are free, others you'll have to pay for. Other blogs to pay attention to would be Aaron Wall's blog, SEOmoz, and SearchEngineLand. You could also check out Sphinn, which is like Digg for SEO's.
