see PR of a site depends on the links. The more the link popularity the more PR of the site. Get 2-3 quality links of a page and see the change in PR, definitely increases.

Hi,

To imporve the page rank of blog you have to add comments on other relavent blog and post aritcle and submitted to different directory, and lastly you have do some posting in social bookmark wait some time !!! you will get improve in page rank.

For to get page rank for an website, both onpage optimization and off page optimization cratieria is important,onpage steps like page layout linkback to inner pages,page content and offpage optimization steps like getting linkback from different social media bookmark, article directory which are relavent to your websites
By doing these stuffs alternatively you will get good result.

Build a high quality backlink to increase your site PR
but
Don’t be obsessed with PageRank. It is just one isty bitsy part of the ranking algorithm. A site with lower PR can actually outrank one with a higher PR on SEO.
