I wouldn't position yourself as someone who can give advice on gaining PR (for whatever that's worth) when you can't even get the fundamentals right.
- Your 'home' link points to index.php and not the root of the domain, thereby splitting PR between the 2 versions of your homepage. This wouldn't be a problem if only you'd addressed the next point:
- You haven't redirected index.php to the root of your domain so PR is effectively being split between the 2 URLs
- You haven't redirected the non-www version of your URLs to the www version. The same split of PR between the 2 URLs is happening
The title of this post says you got your PR back after 4 days, yet your post says it was due to 8 months of effort. That's confusing.
