Today's search engines can pick out your keywords in the title without using any hyphens. Using them, just makes it harder for people to type your URL address need to get to your web site.
When you do a search query, look at the results page and usually you will see the search term highlighted in the title.
I would avoid long, hard to spell URLs. It is better to find a name that is easy to remember and spell, you will get more traffic because people won't get so frustrated trying to spell the URL out and just give up and move on to the next site.
