I have found the ULTIMATE SEO TRICK!
[Get Higher Ranks FAST!]

Step 1: Register a new website....

Step 2: Copy the "HTML" of the website you want to optimize.

Step 3: Paste it on the new website over & over again. (More=Better Rank)

Step 4: Place the following code into the new website;

No clear to me. Let's start at one:
1) register a new site.
Do you mean "go reg a domain and build a new site with it" or "go to this site (?) and register your (new) site there" ??

Oh cool! Since we are sharing tips:

1. Put a picture of a carrot on your homepage and googlebot will eat it, in return you will get a number one serp position

2. a site wide link to google automatically gets you PR5

3. having adsense on your site makes your page rank higher

4. google LOVES directories that sell links

If you are serious about SEO you would not use any possibly beyond the rules, short cuts, loopholes or something that surely google will notice and prevent.

How would this help your site? Now you're competing against a copy of your own content, for starters. Plus frames don't count as links. Registering a domain name isn't optimizing a site. Making a Site B isn't optimizing Site A.
