What do you want in an SEO analysis tool? Or in SEO tools in general?

What are the main factors you take into consideration when analysing a site?

Top 5 I can think of?

1) Top 3 issues with your site
2) List of backlinks
3) Visibility analysis
4) Keyword analysis
5) Competitor analysis

zomg but toolbar PR tell you how good website do in google, high pr =infinit alexas!!

No but seriously, Chris is right. Please do not include anything even slightly related to Google's toolbar PR. PR also stands for public relations, and Google does a great job of scaring off internet marketers by reducing their "visible" PR.
