Does anyone know of a tool that allows you to type in a URL and find which organic keywords people used to end up on your site? I have been using SeoDigger.com, but need something that allows me to run regular monthly reports....

Your site logs or Google Analytics

When you say "your," do you mean a site you own, or do you mean any particular site?

If you're asking about your site in the sense that you have control over it, use Google Analytics and whatever server side stats package you have.

These are sites that I can view in Google Analytics, however I don't think Analytics allows you to search which organic keywords drive traffic to your site. This type of tool would not only show you keywords you have already bid on that drove traffic to the site, but also organically search terms and phrases that drove traffic to the site.

You are wrong. Analytics allow you to see which organic keywords drove traffic to your website. It allows you to see which keywords drove traffic from Google, Yahoo etc...

If you have the analytic codes installed, I can help you to find that information
