no follow tag

how would you know if a website or a blog has a "no follow" for the links? because i'm into exchanging links right now.

Or you could do it manually. search for the link/resource pages and look at that site page page source, look at the links and search if there is a tag for the no follow

Try looking at the page source to find out if those values are applied to other links as well.

some sites use a no follow tag to disabled the link.. if i exchange link to a blog which has a no follow tag then my link to that site is good for nothing.

They aren't using a tag for that......
