Hi, I was just wondering, I know that JavaScript isn't really any good for SEO, particularly if its used for the navigation, but how about server-side scripting? If something is done, for example, in PHP, how does that affect the SEO?

Thanks

It takes place on the server and controls what HTML is served, and its the HTML that Google will read. So no effect whatsoever.
