Which are stronger backlinks and produce greater results in SERP for the same keyword phrase? All blogs and forums have the same page rank pr5 and all the same relative content. (Hybrid Toyota motors)

1,000 comment backlinks from10 blogs

or

1,000 signature links from 10 forums

imo, the 1k backlinks coming from the blog can produce much greater result in serp.

1000 comment links from relevant blogs produce gud results in google.But make sure it shouldn't be spam.Because everything in access is bad specially in eyes of google

I would say that they're equal. With the same content, PR and OBL it shouldn't make a big difference.
