I am doing SEO for http://www.varshyltech.com/seo.html to targeting some seo relevant keywords also making link but ranking is still for long time, what should apply can anybody help me

It's a SEO company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know - why don't you hire them to do their own SEO?
My first contract ever was from an SEO company who was so busy dealing with clients that they did not find time optimizing their own website...
In France we have a saying : "It's always the shoemaker who is wearing the worst shoes".
This whole conversation has me lost. If its a SEO company they should have it down to a science or they are screwing thier clients. Google search Anchor text links and backlinks and you are on your way to SEO 101. .
Reading this message, am asking myself what type of CEO company is that. How did the company got clients and is the director so stupid that he increase traffic for others while his own company is down....lol

I agree. Knowing that they are an SEO company, why would they hire someone who doesn't have any idea what to do with their site... yay!

Having said that I see this kind of thing all the time. People who have sig. links to SEO sites and asking basic SEO questions. What I find amazing is how often this goes unchallenged. But not here ... Yea!
site works: if you want to get a rank in google, try to get backlinks. Submit your site to searchenines, directories and use signature links in forums.

Hey, first of all, I didn't post that thread. And yes, my first contract as an independent worker was for an SEO company. 2 reasons:
1) they were too busy to optimized their own website
2) it was a kind of test to see how reliable I was. Then, they gave me some of their clients. If you test someone, you might as well test him with a website that you won't get sued for if that person screws up.
