need I submit my rss on some websites?

RSS in itself does not increase traffic.. Good content does.. RSS just reminds people that you have posted something new and gives them an easy way to come to your site, or read what you wrote, in their favorite reader..

RSS is just a service that you can offer to your visitors to help them keep up to date with your latest content. The trick is providing awesome content that makes your visitors want to subscribe.

If you want to know the technical aspects of generating an RSS feed, then that's a different story, and a somewhat involved one. I suggest googling "RSS tutorials".

IMO, a feed makes your visitors' blog reading easier - thus, increase their loyalty to your blog. This, in itself, will give you steady traffic, although it's not unique anymore - given you update your blog often.

And good readers often recommend, even write about your blog - So, I think feed helps you get viral traffic.
