a few small pieces of advices is put your javascripts and CSS stuff in seperate files, it will keep the code cleaner and shorter for google and other search engine spiders to crawl through. Second, include links in you bottom navigation to your important pages and try and thow your keywords into those links if you can. Direct links to your important pages will tell spiders where they can go next and including keywords near the bottom of the page will let the spiders see your keywords a few more times before leaving your page. Lastly, the biggest recommendation i have is to cut your keywords down to less than ten, and even better, five. You have way to many keywords listed. Your keywords are only good if they are consistant throughout your content.

Nope.
There are good reasons to put js & CSS in external files. Search Engines are not one of those reasons.

Nope!
Spiders/crawlers don't read what's "on the pages" at all. Crawlers arrive at a URL, request the source code available from that URL and stream it back into the database.

can't tell you anything about your SEM because we have no idea what you are doing from that POV.

The "optimising"? Formulaic and ineffective!

Jolly is that site a part of infobase ? that's interesting. Which CMS you are running there ?

Anyway the site looks good but when I removed all the CSS, the site barely seems to have any kind of content (just like 4 line, that's it). You can do something about it, try to put some keyword rich content.
