But in my opinion to doing SEO not only using Classified ads, the most important is grab a quality back link or link partner. Some way to doing that is :
1. Submit to directories
2. Forum Signature with anchor text
3. submit to social bookmarking
4. Write Articles
5. Submit a Press Release

These 3 options would help in SEO. Proper execution though would be an important factor to get favorable results.
