It doesn't matter in the slightest.

The Google AdWords Keyword Tool is a good tool to help you do keyword research, but be advised that the meta keyword tag means little in your overall SEO efforts. Because so many people used to stuff those with spam, search engines don't value those fields as heavily as they used to.

Meta keywords aren't important anymore like both Chris and Tamar mentioned.

If you do want to use them use a comma to separate the different phrases.

Thanks for the advice. Should I just delete that line?

The problem I'm having is that everyone I talk to has a different opinion when it comes to seo.

I have read 3 different articles that all say I need to have content that is rich in keywords that my potential users will likely search for.

I also ready that having my keywords in my link anchor text will also help.

Whats the best way to go?

Naw, don't delete the line. It's still useful, but not AS useful.

And yes, keyword-rich content is very important. But meta tags mean very little in your overall SEO efforts.

Also, have a good title tag. Just don't keyword spam it.

Finally, linking your keywords in anchor text is a good way to go. It's much better than to type CLICK HERE to read more about my blue widgets. Instead, formulate it this way: Our BLUE WIDGETS are high quality. Find out more today.

(The capitalized content is what would be the clickable content.)

HTH.

A comma between the keywords is the correct way to do.

And ya, the adwords keywords tool would be the best one to go for analyzing keywords.

Yes, you can use comma to separate keywords but remember the meta keywords is no more weight in search engines as the other member said but I didn't say that you dont have to include that thing.
