I have been using this site/tool and it is absolutely free. Semi-automated submission after you have entered your info it auto fills to the directories and then you submit (after choosing categories and adding a captcha)! You can choose who to submit to and it keeps track of them so you don't submit twice. While monotonous, effective and very easy FREE tool.

Best I've seen and a good way to increase PR & link popularity.

I think it is worth trying but submitting to directories manually is a better way to do the job imo.

I tried to use the tool you suggested but I had no luck. I registered, logged in and I also took a look on the User Manual but I couldn't find the Add Site button anywhere. Could you please give me more information about where to find it?

I will give this a try and let you know how it goes. I did use a few automated search engine tools a while back and never found it to do any harm for my site. Manually submitting to directories is better of course.

I've always used the free submitter at submit express. Sends out submissions to the top search engines and directories. After optimizing my pages with their keyword optimizer, then submitting them, I routinely get on the first page of results on most the SE's and Directories for the keywords.
